1st stripe Vocabulary:

Physical Requirements:
2nd stripe Basics:

- Tetsui Uchi (Hammerfist strike) inside and downward.

4th stripe Self defense:

- Double wrist grab
- Front – Horizontal elbow release and follow up
- Prayer block with knee smash or round kick and follow up

- Stomp, stomp, groin grab, step behind & follow up

5th Stripe Sparring:
Offensive:
- Slide step with rear foot and straight punch, with front foot _______, and then reverse punch.

Defensive:
- Pull back and counter (fade and go)
- Lean away and counter.
